275/30/20 or 285/30/20 ??

Is there a huge difference? Looking to replace my rears only for now. This is going on a 20x10 rim. I'm planning a drop (coilovers) soon too, so I want to make sure it won't rub. Is one lower profile than the other? The reason I'm replacing the rears is b/c the rims came with 35 series tire which is a little too beefy for my taste. I'm getting these in Falken 452's to match the fronts. I've got 245/35 on the fronts which are low profile, and look very nice. Trying to match the rears now...245/35f and 275/30 r seems to be a popular combo on here...
Thanks!

you should replace the front tire while you are at it since its almost an inch taller than stock

I will, eventually, just doing the rears for now. Why do people run 35's in the fronts anyway with 30's in the back

its alot cheaper to run 30s in the back, i prefer more beefier like 35s on the rears though. 35's all around makes the stance of the car more aggressive IMO. if you want to run 285/30 depending on most wheels you have to roll your fenders.

Raising the car an extra inch is more aggressive?

I'd recommend you go with 285s in the rear if you want to use FK 452s. They have rounded shoulders which makes a 275 look stretched on a 10" rim.

^^ i know its hard to explain... makes the fronts lower than the rears, oviously you can solve the problem with coilovers but i just had springs.

I felt like that at first but than I saw G's with thinner rears, and thought it looked better. I'm def dropping it, so what do you all think will look better and not rub w/o rolling the fenders? Check it out--this is how it looks right now.
As I keep looking at it, the rears look so much more teller than the fronts

Oh, and from what I've found the 30 series are bit more expensive than the 35's.

My fronts looks kind of stretched, and I think it looks good, shows off the lip a bit more. Shouldn't I just do 275's in the back to keep it looking similar?

Go with 285/30 in the rear. Then switch to 255/30 in the front when it's time for new tires.

That sounds good, I was thinking about that size actually...hopefully won't have to roll my fenders.
