OEM 19s on G35x...tire question

I'm going to put a set of OEM 19s on my wifes X. Would there be any issues with just running a 245/40 tire all the way around? I know they are staggered a bit but that size tire will fit on both wheels with out a problem. Am I overlooking something? Thanks

You can probably get away with that, although I wouldn't rotate them. Putting a wider wheel in the front compared to the rear could lead to unusual handling characteristics. Better off finding another set of 19x8's to run in the rear, many owners would be willing to swap you their 19x8's for your 19x8.5's

I've been running 245/40s all around on OEM 19s for more than a year now, no problems here. I am lowered on Eibach Pro Kits and rub a little on the fronts on very steep inclines (only one driveway that I've driven into).
