Wanting to upgrade the factory brakes. Suggestions

Ok. I am about to break down and go with some nice aftermarket brakes because I have the AT5. What do you guys suggest I go with. I do not want the top of the line, but yet do not want the cheapest. Again, everyone's replies will be greatly, greatly appreciated. I have looked at a few but need everyone's advice and maybe some that have already installed some on a AT5?

Have you considered getting a brembo kit from someone who is upgrading their track z or mt coupe? You can get all four for 2000-2500 depending on condition.

Many z and g owners have gone with Stoptechs.

You might also make sure that your IForged wheels will work with a big brake kit.

Hum....the "very best" IMO is Endless but those cost an arm and a leg. I have Wilwoods on my 5At sedan and it works very well. I haven't taken it up on the track yet but it will be done soon. I've seen Stoptechs and they work well also. There is always Rotora but i have not seen them on any sedan or coupe. they claim to be bad ***, i don't know. I want them but kinda expensive.

Thats all. Any more qs im me or PM me

For around $2K you are looking at track worthy kits such as Stoptech, Wilwoods, Brembos, etc. These contain bigger diameter rotors than stock, usually have better cooling vane design, slotted/x-drilled, bigger calipers with more pistons, stainless steel lines, and better brake pads.

If you want something cheaper but better than stock I would suggest getting some Stoptech OEM sized replacment slotted rotors for front and back, stainless steel lines front and back, and some better pads of your choice (Nismo, Hawk, Porterfield). This setup should be able to handle light track days without a problem for around $750.
