Just got some new rims and tires.... alignment question..

I noticed that my stocks were uneven in the rear of my 06 coupe (sport suspension). The inside was worn alot more than the outside. I figure i should get an alignment so my new rims/tires dont wear unevenly. The question is... i got different sized tires for the fronts and rear (different than stock). Will the shop correctly align it or just bring me back to stock?? Would it be alright if it was brought back to stock?

Our cars stock have a bit of negative camber already, thus the uneven wear with the inside going out faster, if you're not lowere(doesnt sound like it) just have the shop bring it back into spec.. the negative camber does help with handling, and that's why it came like that from the factory.
