no idea what to do when it comes to tires

I got my 2004 g35 Coupe over the summer, and now I need new tires.

currently I have Michelin Pilot Sport's:
225/45/18(FRONT)
245/45/18 (REAR)

I have done my research and really like the Yokohama S-Drive
they come in the front size (225/45/18) but do not come in the rear size (245/45/18). how can I manipulate the size of the tires for them to work well with the (stock) wheels I have... I have tried looking up what i can online and i like it just confused me more.

if anyone thinks they can help, i would greatly appreciate it.

I just ordered a set of Yokohama S drives so your post caught my eye. Why not go with the 225/35/18's on the front and 245/35/18's on the rear?

i dont know what to do. noone in baton rouge knows what they are talking about. even the people at the infiniti dealership.
