look what damaged my wheel
Re: look what damaged my wheel
Wow that really does suck
Seems like a lot of people are having bad luck with new G's, I did a little but nothing like this. I would have been soooo heated, but also this guy obviously had no idea and didnt even give you a hard time about it, he said he would fix it rite away. In that case your lucky, but i understand where your coming from with the I dont want 1 dent let alone having to replace hood, quarterpanel and the rest on a brand new car!! I would be pissed too. Talk to them, good luck. Martin

RossG, I don't know if you're a religious man or not but I would start praying at this moment. That is some really, really bad luck. It's almost like one of those movies where it keeps getting worse and worse by the minute.

FYI, any damage done to the car from the street, from pipes, to potholes, etc, the city is responsible for your damage and you can get reimbursed for it. Contact the City.

I agree don't let them off that easy... Talk to a few more people on the phone and don't forget to mention your lawyer. You could even take this one to small claims court by yourself. I would find it difficult for a judge to rule against you (even if he is going against his own state), I mean that is a pretty bad hazard.
