powder coat suggestions

hey guys,

i recently bought a set of 08 17" sedan wheels for my winter setup. unfortunately they were pretty banged up in shipping and the paint is chipping.

here's the wheel style:

to solve this problem, i'm powder coating the wheels. the only nice thing about this given the hassle is that i can pick a new color.

i'm considering black (lots of types of black available), bronze, or gunmetal. my car is black.

one color option is here: https://g35driver.com/forums/northwe...ew-wheels.html

any thoughts? pics?

thanks!

If they're cheap Winter wheels, who cares about chipping?

they're not just chipping on the lips, but through the spokes. it looks terrible plus they'll be on my car for 3-4 months and the shipper is accepting the cost of fixing b/c i didn't receive what i paid for.

regardless, color ideas?

Giri, powdercoat them black, then add a colored vinyl ring for the "time attack" look.
