Maximum size rims

I have a 04 G35 sports sedan and I am wondering what is the maximum size rims you can put on the car. If my question is too complicated to answer with a simple number then if you could explain that would be appreciated.

Uhh.. i mean.. maximum size rim without doing anything to the car would be 20.. 20's will rub when you turn so you would have to trim down the quarter panels unless you get rub bands for tires.. but the sky is the limit if you raise your G.. haha throw some 26s on hahah... just something to keep in mind.. the bigger the rims.. the worse your car will handle and the slower it will get..

Maximum size or Maximum size that looks good?

I'd say 19" and some 20" are as big as i think looks good. Any bigger and it starts looking like a cartoon car

I would not go larger than 20's. 20's front and 21's rear can be done too.

I have decided I'm not going to raise my G any

now I am deciding between 18" and 19"
anyone know the max width for each of those

I think for 17" it is 235.. I could be wrong though

Tire width depends on the rim width..not diameter.

Your stock 17's are 17x7, so it can handle up to a 245 although might not be preferable.

8" and 9" wide wheels can go wider...to a point. The fender lip gets inthe way so keeping track of your offsets is key
