Magazine tire test reviews. Sticky material?

We can all access the TireRack tests but a link to them (and a list of tires tested would be nice). I also came across a rare Vrendenstein (sp) tire test that got good reviews here and on the Z forum. But we all know users reviews aren't as good as a magazine testing the tires back to back (on the same car).

Would eliminate alot of questions and would be a great resource for those researching tires (as I just did)

Yes?

I could just make a thread but it will just get lost and no one would read it anyway

The major problem is each tire behaves differently in different sizes and with different load weight on them.

Ugh. Not another "it doesn't confirm to the strick scientific method and therefore invalid" argument.

Okay, so the alternative is what? Go by the maker's advertisements? (not that great of advice). Go with member reviews? (which are even less accurate and more subject to bias)

For instance: A review of a tire that I've not seen on something like TireRack. Actually there are a few tires that TR don't review because they don't carry them. Could someone post the Consumer reports review?

Someone on ebay posted it. I don't know if there's more. But it's the only Vredestein tire test I've ever seen

There was a thread on my350z about these tires and they loved them. Not many people know about Vredestein's but they seem to be a good tire and reasonably priced from what I have seen.

If you want to set up a good review thread I will be happy to stick it as long as it stays on topic and is helpful.

Here is the review from my350z.com:

The OP had a TT 350z and he loved the tires.

Vredestein is a respected brand in Europe, just not in the US (yet).

I'll try but I'd have to do it at home and right now my log in cookie doesn't seem to hold. I have to log in 2-3 times just to post this.

I have a set of them, getting ready to pick up another set, they are very quiet (cant really hear them on the highway) and very sticky, found them for 169 and 175 for rear on OE19 sizes.

My only complaint would be that they are directional... no rotating them
