1. can it be repaired?

looks like someone tried to make coupe wheels fit under a sedan.. The stud holes arent reamed out. looks like someone has been hacking on the backside.

anything is repairable but it seems that it would cost allot of money to repair it.

You could take it to a repair shop and see if they can put in on a balancing machine and see it it vibrates at all.

cuz most of the damage is close to the center it might not vibrate much or not vibrate at all.

if there are any cracks in the damaged area then this wheel has a potential of falling apart at high speeds.

I'm not sure what would be a procedure to repair such wheel. If any of the material is missing then it would need to be welded on. So once again the center of the rim will get overheated and once again might develop major cracks at high speed. If repair shop will simply grind the damaged area out that will also be a concern cuz now it will be thinner and weaker

So you really gotta check with repair shop to see if it has any potential of being restored.

I highly doubt it and I think that most of the shops might simply refuse to do it do to the liability.

just got back from the tire shop. you were right Joker. They said it couldn't be repaired and even if they tired, they wouldn't recommend driving on it.
