Picking up some M45 rims soon

I have a possible deal going down on some M45 rims with 245/40/19 tires. I have been searching the forum for the past couple hours trying to research what I need to install M45 wheels on my 05 sedan. The M45 rims have a 50mm offset as opposed to my current stock 18s being 45mm, so obviously I will need spacers. I have decided on 10mm spacers all around. Most 5-10mm spacers I have seen require the stock studs to be replaced. I want to avoid having to do this, and would like to use a slide on spacer with built in studs for easy removal and installation. The only 10mm spacer I found that have studs built in is the Project Kics 10mm without a hub centric ring.

Is anyone running this specific spacer? More specifically with M45 wheels? I dont think hub centric rings are available for 10mm but will I be okay running without? From my understanding all it does is 'center' the spacer around the hub to allow a perfect fitament to avoid vibration. As long as I tighten the spacers on in a star-pattern equally torquing all around it should center, no? Is this thinner spacer with built in studs safe to use?

I plan on lowering the car with 350z springs for a good 1" drop. I havent seen any complaints of rubbing but does anybody see running 10mm spacers and 350z springs posing a problem?

Thanks in advance!

i was under the impression you only needed hub-centric spacers for the font wheels not the rear wheels. Also RADIOGUY21, do you need to use the extension studs that come with the spacer or will simply adding the spacer and using the stock lugs work?
