When I got the car less than a month ago I noticed it came with some fairly 'new' tires.
Nankang NS-2s or something.
I know these are a performance tire and the treadwear is only 200.

I'm sure these are good for about 10k miles I'd assume.

But for now I am looking down the road,
I want something that will last long. I don't need performance or anything of the sort.

I'd like for them to be all season tires. Great tread life . Price not TOO expensive ( I know 19 inch tires are pricey but I'm just saying of the latter ).

I have the oem 19s.
If I remember correctly
225/40/19-F
245/40/19-R

please let me know if you can recommend a set that fits in my parameters and if possible, where to purchase them.

Thank you very much in advance guys and gals.

Gary's opinion on "Best Tires!"
Best tires....Michelin Sport PS2 weigh 1 LB less than the factory Michelin's,
ratings 220 AA A should get no less than 25K miles given your alignment is
within specs. My opinion....

yes sir Gary, my alignment is spot on.

my tires right now that I got with the car say the treadwear is 200??
isn't that kind of bad comparing that to those I've seen in auto shops where I've seen numbers at a low of 200 and as high as like 450+ ??

How would this 220 tread wear michelin tire fare better?...

sorry for so many questions.

UTOG wear ratings from one company has nothing to do with UTOGs from another.

But 200 is not that great for any company.

But put it this way. The OEM RE050s have a UTOG of 140! Now THAT is bad.

what is a good treadlife then?
my buddy got his G as well nto long ago fromthe same dealer and they put on the same tires, but his are the Nankand NT1s, mine are the NT2s (or some model name like that), and he has 17 inchers and his treadwear rating is 450 (he has all seasons)...

^ yeah I searched there.
Tirerack offers good prices but I could not find any info on tread life.. which is what's most important to me, I want the tires to last as long as they possibly can. I don't push the car hard but with a daily commute I have to drive far sometimes and I just want tires that are all season with very good tread life. (something that is definitely higher than the 200 rating I have on my current summer performance tires that came with the car during the purchase).

These are not all all-seasons. The Eagle F1 GS-D3s are Z rated ultra performance summer tires, for example. A great tire, but not an all-season.
