Just got my car back from Infiniti and the vibration is gone!!! The hunter road force balancer is badass. It only cost me $86, but the best part is that the dealership is replacing my front projectors. Apparently there was a recall, and next week I will be getting new projectors! Anyways I just want to thank everyone for their help.

I was just as frustrated as you were. I had the tires balanced a few times and it always came back with a slight shimmy. I am now a believer in the road force balancing!

Not many dealerships have it. You will have to go to Hunter's website to find a local shop.

Mandatory for EVERY Infiniti Service Department to have Hunter Radial Force Machine to comply with Nissan List of required tools for warranty service.

Besure to ask demand in advance [make sure printed on work order] for a SIGNED document [print out from machine] showing the levels of radial force for each tire/wheel tested!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As with anythink you can cheat on test and do it roughly and not precisely..........$84 seems very cheap for the time it takes to drive vehicle in, put on lift, remove tires, mount on machine test, remount, drive vehicle out fill in paper work etc.

I would hope they would spend more than 1 hour on process

My local hole-in-the-wall tire shop has one of these Hunter machines too. Charges $10-$15 per tire for 18"+ wheels.
I haven't had any vibration since I started going to them. Watching the machine work is an extra perk.
