To G-owners with 20" rims and are lowered with either eibachs or tien springs. I like that lowered look on a G, but what is to expect if I decide to lower the car with 20" rims. How's your riding condition ( comfort, performance, etc.)? Any fender clearance modification? Any camber wear? Any regrets and went back to stock springs?

 

Clearance will be fine with the proper rims. Camber wear, i just took off my rims and put the stock one back on, the tire wear is perfect.

Performance is the same, I can't feel the difference from stock, maybe a little. Comfort, well after driving around over 17k miles with 20's and having the stock back on now, you will definately loose ride quality. Not much though, cause you will be styling in 20's you tend to forget about ride quality.
Tire wear is even. Funny think is that my fronts are out of OEM specs and the tread wear is perfect.

Do you know if you could have gone wider on the front tires. Would you have been able to go with a 255/35 maybe or is that too much for the wheel well to handle.

Not with my setup, it would have definately rub, and the overall size of the wheel would increase.

My guess having 255's in the front would depend on the rims offset/size.
