Aggressive wheel setup on Work Emotions?

Hey guys, I have a 4 door G35, and I just picked up a set of work emotions, the back are 18x8.5 +42 and the fronts are 18x7.5 +48, I was wondering if anyone has any input on what a real good aggressive setup be, I understand these arent 18x9 or anything, but I got these for a steal of a price. Would spacers be my best option? What tire size should I get? I don't want to be too stretched to where my sidewalls are weak and pop, but I want it to be nice and flush.

not trying to rain on your parade but one you wouldnt want to stretch anything on a 7.5 or a 8.5 on our cars atleast, and with those offsets a 30mm spacers would be the best to atleast have it sorta kinda flush, big part is if your dropped on anything.

run at least a 255 in the rear and 235 up front, with 20mm spacer all around and you will be fine without any body modifications. if you want to do the flush look correctly, sell your wheels(since u got a good deal on them anyways), and get at least a 18x9 on the front and rear so you can have the concave face, and go with a lower offset(somewhere in the low 20's at least) also so the wheels will sit out more

haha, Nat... you keep forgetting to ask if the car is LOWERED before you give your advice... remember, you have to take into account how low the car is and how much negative camber is being run.

yea...thats my bad, i guess i should stop assuming that they have the required suspension setups needed when they ask about aggressive setups

all good, i learned not to assume that a LONG time ago... i used to get countless PM's and IM's from people asking... once i told them that they needed to run a little more negative camber, 99% of them changed their mind... so now i always ask that question first.

if i were you id sell your rims and look for something wider with lower offsets so you wouldnt have to run spacers that high.

I would love to just sell them and buy a wider offset, but I don't think these rims would sell for much in the condition it's in right now. Also, I only have 3 wheels right now it would be very difficult to sell these rims.

IMO a 30mm spacer would be a lil too aggressive. unless that what you want, kinda like nate's G

i think a 20mm would be nice

the best way for you to find out, is put those rims on and measure it
