Which Wheels are the best to get?

Re: Which Wheels are the best to get?
You'll get a lot of answers with that question. If you go with aftermarket 19s you'll be able to go pretty wide and they'll look better than 18s. You won't have any weight loss but you also won't have any weight gain. You'd probably lose a tenth in the quarter because of the tire size. I didn't feel comfortable with the small sidewall to lower the air pressure in my rears for better traction.
If you go with aftermarket 18s you'll lose some weight so you'll probably gaina tenth in the quarter so in a perfect world you'll be 2 tenths quicker than someone with aftermarket 19s.
My numbers are far from perfect, just giving you examples. Think about how much you plan on racing and how much you'll be "cruising" and decide on what's more important.

Te37 are very light.... However when i was looking through a Wheel Review in Sport Compact... i discovered the CE28n's are about a lb lighter than TE37.... Which is saying a lot considering they are extremely lightweight.... YOu did state money didnt matter.... If that is truely the case, get some magnesium forged wheels...... They will be many many pounds lighter than Any Aluminum Forged wheel.... Volks also make a Mag wheel..... i dont know too much about them and their specs.

Price doesn't matter????? Damn.........must be nice.
Check out dp engineering.....and have some custom made just for your car.
Volk's are excellent quality for the money.
You like the spoke or the mesh look???

ducatis right. If money is no object go Magnesium. Nismo makes a Magnesium wheel. They also make a forged aluminum. So does Volk. You want to get in the 18 pound range or less. Keep in mind that a 19" at 18 pounds is slower than an 18" at 18 pounds. How much, I don't know, I can't figure out the differential equation, or calculus, or whatever the heck kind of formula Q45Tech linked me to.
