19s vs. performance

Does going to 19-inch wheels from stock 18s cause THAT much of a performance decline? Does anyone have any numbers on this?

Re: 19s vs. performance

Most of the difference, if any, will depend on the weight. My 19"s with tires are each 5 lbs. lighter in the front and about 1.5 lbs lighter than the stock rears. Even though the mass is further away from the center(1/2"), I'd be willing to bet that the -13 lbs. of rotational mass actually improved the performance.
