stupid tire question

I have IForged Aero rims that are 10" wide and need new rear tires. I have 275/35/19's on there now and stock ride height. What other size options do I have with tires that won't effect the speedo too much?

So from what I can tell I can do 285/35/19 as well. I prefer no smaller than a 35 series since the roads in ohio suck. Can I up it to a 40 series with minimal issues?
