There shipping is really fast. I don't use tirerack but tirerackwholesale.com =P

Depends where you're from, it usually take 1-5 business days. They have different warehouse nationwide, you can check what's their availability on their website also.

But to answered your questions, they don't sit on your order at all. All shipments are processed within 24 hours.

Thanks

I've ordered from tirerack several times and every time got the rims in just a few days and in perfect condition. From my experience they have great customer service and the rims arrived in perfect shape.

TireRack (and Discount Tire) have really good prices... HOWEVER.. you have to look at the manufactured date on the tires. Some of their stock is known to be quite old. Tires get hard with age.
Here's a little reading..

I'm not saying ALL their stuff is old... just check on the date BEFORE you buy them.

I wouldn't order tires from anywhere except Tirerack. Never had anything less than 100% experience from them.

As for old tires--I've never had that problem, but I would imagine that any retailer is going to have a variety of aged tires in their inventory.

I've just received an order from Tirerack (2 General Exclaim UHPs). It took 2 days from the day of shipment. The manufacturer date of the tires was March 2009. I guess you can't get much fresher tires than that! This is the second tire order over the years from Tirerack. They are super reliable and reputable. They are huge and are just now starting to advertise on TV. I would always go with the best known outfit. Regardless, their prices are great!
