Question about stock 19"'s

Currently i have Stock 18'' Wheels with a tein 350z drop. It does scrap a little i have to go in an angle over bumps and my driveway.

If i were to get 19" Stock Rays will it raise it enough that it wont happen?

I also bought a OEM front lip as well, but havent installed it. I heard from people that if i put 19"'s it will raise it.

Is that tru?

Thanks,

Pic of the car

the oem 19" tire diameters are the same as the OEM 18" tire diameters. This is achieved by using different aspect ratios

Ok thanks for the info....i started searching found threads of people saying that if you went with a different series tires it might make a difference.

So thats why i wanted to confirm if that was tru or not.

ProTip:

It would probably be cheaper to buy some different springs that aren't as low vs raising the car via using tires with bigger than OEM diameters. The loss of acceleration, odo and speedo errors are added bonuses.

Buy a set of good condition oem 19s with oem tread in good shape. Then buy another set of springs with less drop. Buying a set of decent 19"s tires in whatever size you decide on will put you back $700-$1,000+
