The thing about Asanti, iForged, and DPE is that they are made by some unknown company with no track records, (probably all made by the same company in Corona, CA). Works, Volks, Enkei's, Rays, etc etc, all have track records and been in the business for years.

I'll stick with Japanese wheels on a Japanese car.

I mean, you don't see any muscle cars with Volks or Works on them LOL.

I like!! I wish there were more options other than volks/works/PIAA that offer more of a classy look and less of a racing look.

If Asanti starts to develop an import line, consider me a customer.

We have sent every wheel out to be re-sealed and they still leak. Also, their chrome tends to chip very easily. Just my experiences with them.

I definitely have to agree, quality is not up to par for the price

I had those wheels on my G35. They are actually great quality. I had mine for almost 4 years with no problems. Known acouple other guys running Asantis with no problems either. Great wheels and look amazing.

I just totalled my G35 as well. I lost control in the rain, slammed into a curb at 40 mph and then a guard rail. Both front tires blew out and rims were perfect, not a single bend or nick. Dont try to tell me they dont have top notch quality. The tow guy was amazed as well. Basically my whole front end was smashed and rims were perfect. (Except for the two blown tires)

Samething goes for BBK's bud...rotora, JBT, Stoptech, etc...they are all made by the exact same company.....whats your point?

Asanti has been around for a while now to. I am trying to bring a new line of rims to our community by working with this guy...to offer another choice besides Volk/work/piaa to be somewhat different. I love Volk/Work/PIAA but everyone technically has them on our cars...they have them because of there track records yes. But at the end of the day Asanti is set-up like stated above for the more blinged out SUV's etc but with alittle bit of knowledge from an import base community such as ourselves can assist them with setting up a new designs etc for our community. That was my ultimate goal when talking with him.

There is atleast 4 cars on this forum that have Asantis (one is a M45). I have seen them on acouple Porshce, Lamborghini, and even a K-1 Attack. It is no way just a SUV bling line. They look amazing and will always stand out in a group of 40 other Gs with Volks.

One of the greatest things about my Asantis was knowing I was the only G35 in my state with those wheels. I never had to worry about seeing another G35 or pretty much any other car for that matter with my wheels. Even at HIN, there was litterally every line of Works & Volks in every color. I only saw one other car with Asantis (BMW M6).

Asantis have actually been in business since 1996 (their parent company Lexani much longer). I have personally never once heard of an issue with their wheels.

I will just waiting for the call back and what all is required from me etc. I am trying to put together a list of Styles and Offsets for our cars to offer both aggressive/conservative setup's along with racing/luxury style that still allows for weight savings as well.
