Painting Lug nuts

Ok I did the DIY refinishing rims

so now I have black rims

I have brembo brakes and thought hey

why not paint my lugnuts and center cap the same color

well 2 my dismay there is no brembo color only

inca pearl, so if I used the touch up paint would it work?

im gunna sand prime clear coat also...

opinions please

I've been thinkin about doing the same thing with my lugnuts. I'm going to try to match with powder coating. If I do I'll let you know. Keep me informed also if you find anything out. Thanks

how do plan on preventing them from getting damaged when you have to torque them down?

I was thinking of using closed end nuts so you could still see the powder coat.

As others mentioned, the paint is going to come off each time you tighten and untighten them. Just leave them chrome, it brings out the wheel more. Or if you want black lug nuts, buy black ones. It's either that or paint them and you'll see chrome specs in random places.
