Yep Ive lost it, lol. Ten weeks and still counting! We called symbolic and were told that the 20 inch hoops were back ordred and they had the front and center of the rim togeather but they are waiting on the back part. I told them I was going to go to iforged but they said it would do me no good because the one guy that makes hoops for everyone is backordered 3000 sets!!! Has anyone that ordered iforged heard this? Grrrrrr!!!!

 

Its true, for 20's there is huge back order which is why I went with 19's, I ordered my 24's from Kyle and they will take around 5 weeks. I spoke with a Vince at Iforged and was told the same thing, same from GFG.

I hear you on how tough it is to wait for your order to show up. I ordered a set of 18" Volk CE28N's for my sedan and I'm hoping that they will arrive sometime this coming week. If true, I only had to wait about 4 weeks for them [which is reasonable from what I hear for this rim]. But still, even this relatively short wait has been eating me! Hopefully, the tires I ordered show up at the same time too...

 

Hum.....i think i am in a worse situation.

Lets see. I ordered my sf challenges for my sedan Jan 1st of 04. THey had the rear and that was dandy. BUT when the fronts came in about end of march, it was TWO DIFF shades of silver! SO i backed out and got Progressive spokes in early APRIL. I have been waiting for the progressives ever since!! SO.....if i can do math correctly i am waiting about 6.5 MONTHS for my rims!

Iforged wheels are made to order. The centers are cut, then polished, then the wheel is assembled...

Back when I was into the sport truck scene, ordering a set of billet wheels took up to 8+ weeks, no one complained, its just a part of the process if you want a badass set of wheels.

 

Im not talking about iforged. I know its a wait for custom made wheels. BUT three months 12 weeks is a bit long. I was told that they have wheels on backorder from march. With no end in sight Im looking for more options.

I know that it takes time to make these, which is why I ordered my 24" Symbolics and 19" Symbolics, my point from my previous post was I called Iforged and they told me there was a wait for 20's longer then normal, now they come saying they have the hoops, which is exactly opposite from what I was told.

The 24's are going on the Escalade. The 19's I should get in a week, I am still waiting for the car to get back in my hands, the date I signed my sponsorship contract was June 8, and thats all she wrote. Never saw her since, just get updates, I am hoping soon, the kit on the car is sick. I can't say what kit until they are finish and ready for production, but its sick, for the sedan.
