lol came across this thread while looking for more info on the ce28 genesis wheels. Never thought i'd hear someone referring ce28's as ricey, they are about as far from rice as any rims can get. Focus on strength and weight reduction was what dictated their design. Anyone who did their research and actually understood the difference between these volk rims compared to other brands would be able to appreciate them.

wow...this is hilarious. Guess thats what I get for saying anything bad about the "all-mighty" volk rims....haha Like I said before, find me where I said the ce28 is a ricey rim, I said...."Looks like they belong on a little honda crx or somethin, not on a G" I said I personally dont like this style of rim, not that it is rice. There are some Volks that I like, this just isnt one of them...haha

You don't have to like them. Style is subjective. However, calling them ricey is ridiculous. The CE28 is the complete opposite of rice. It was designed to be as light and strong as possible, like the rest of Volk's monoblock forged series. All of those are among the most non-ricey wheels your money can buy.

anyway - how much are these in 19 X 10.5 +22 and 19 X 9.5 +22?... they weight the same as the traditional CE28Ns right?

if/when I get new Volks, I will have 19 X 8.5 +35 CE28Ns in titanium gunmetal for sale (brand new condition, seriously) - in case anyone is interested (I know, I know, I'll post in the classifieds when the time comes).
