OEM 19's on an 04 Coupe?

I found a local guy selling a set of OEM 19's with tires for a decent price. Couple of questions.

1) Will the TPMS from my factory 18s fit and work with the OEM 19s?
2) Will I need any sort of spacer to run the 19s or can I just throw them on and be OK?

Thanks.

I'm running them now on my 2004 DP 6MT coupe. No spacer needed (even with my Brembo's). TPMS will work fine too.
