Spacer install question

I'm installing Ichiba 5mm spacers on the front of my G tomorrow and I have a question: does the beveled side of the spacer go towards the hub or does the flat side face the hub? I think the beveled side would face the outside of the car, but I've yet to take the wheel off to look. Hoping to get some feedback before I get started in the AM. Thanks in advance!

While I'm at it, another question: is the easiest way to remove the OEM lugs to beat them out with a hammer?...and is there plently of room to get the longer studs in? Thanks again!!!

IDK about the bevel but if the front is like the back I can help with the studs. Pull off caliper, hang it from something, remove rotor, find a recess somewhere in the back where it looks a stud could slide out. Get a big hammer and take out a little frustration. Doesn't take much....2-3 good hits. Then insert new stud, take lug nut and nail it with impact gun. spacers maybe be needed (i used a big nut) Once fully seated....next stud. Hope that helps. (that was for the back, im assuming the front will be very similar.)
