OZ wheels from 350z on a sedan?

My brother is giving me his 19" OZ wheels that he had on his 350Z. I need new tires anyways for my 18's so I thought this might work better.

Couple questions.
1. Do 350Z wheels fit our sedans?

2. Will 225 40 19 in the front and 245 40 19 in the rear Bridgestone RE 050 Tires work without having to lower the car? I don't want a big gap, and I don't want to lower the car.

As always thanks for the answers and feedback.

Those are the stock 19" tire sizes on a G35 Coupe. If you had stock Sedan 18 sizes (235/45-18), then these front's are going to be a little smaller, and the back's are going to be a little larger. But you can go larger on the tires if you want to. I always thought a 215 or 225 was a little wimpy on the fronts.

are the rims staggered? if they arent you can run the same size tires all around, you will be able to rotate them too, just a thought.

Not Sure, does it say somewhere on the rim so I can ask my bro to check?

yeah cause offsets play a big roll in what tire size to run also. its not just " oh run this tire size youll be fine" you gotta know the specs of the wheels before everything.

Find out what the offsets are. They may stick out quite a bit.

Ya spoke to a good tire shop today and they said the same thing. The wheels stuck out on the Z so they will be too far out on a G sedan. I'm back to looking for tires for my stock 18's, I did find a nice used set of Toyo Proxies 4's. They came off a G coupe and are the 225/45/18 front and 245/45/18 rear. Should I have any concerns about this set-up for my RWD sedan the tire guy mentioned a possible ABS problem?, if not I'm gonna pull the trigger.
