Can I use my current tires on new rims?

My current 18" tires only have about 5000 miles on them and are in great shape. I am looking at ordering a set of 18x8.5 fronts and 18x9.5 rears. Can I use the tires on my factory rims? They are currently 225/45/18 fronts and 245/45/18 on the rear.

Also, can I use the TPMS from my factory rims on the new ones I am going to order?

Thanks much.
