Will 255/40/19 fit in the back of 06 sedan?

I am using OEM Coupe 19in wheels. I currently have 245/45/19 at the back with rear fenders rolled. As it is right now, I notice I have very little gap. So will 255/40/19 fit?

I can either have 245/35/19F 245/40/19R but I would much prefer to have 245/35/19F and 255/40/19R for a better stagger setup.

well it depends if you got the forged rays 19" rims on your car thats a 19x8 and 19x8.5 meaning you can fit 235/??/19 and 255/??/19 (??) meaning what ever series size tire you want. factory comes with 225/40/19 and 245/40/19 stock.
