some wheel shops and most tuner shops will have hubcentric rings. you can also buy them from the vendors in the marketplace.

Some jerks installed my hubcentic rings on backward and the car was undrivable at 20 mph. I had to turn around and have them re mount the wheels. So if you need hubcentric rings, you should notice it at all speeds, not just above 60 mph. Sounds like a wheel balance issue.

^ Geez man, sounds like you had a bad wheel guy. I don't even think you can get a wheel to sit flush to the hub if your hubcentric rings are backwards!

Anyway, you'll notice vibration at all speeds, however, its MUCH more noticeable after you get above 50mph. Moreover, if the OP isn't running hubcentric rings then he needs to do it anyway.
