Trade oem coupe 18's for Axis Milano 20's...yay or nay?

These are the wheels in question:



And this is my car:



Aparently there is a person that lives near me saying that he is willing to trade his Axis Milano 20's for oem coupe 18's. My 18's have brand new tires and are in relatively good shape. I have no idea what condition his wheels are in though nor his tires. Assuming they are in somewhat good condition and he likes my wheels...should I trade them?

stay with the 18s, i dont think the offsets will work for a sedan anyway

I did a quick search and fronts are 8.5 +35 and rears are 9.5 +38. Would they even fit?
