225/45R18 winters at all 4 corners?

I have an 05 G35 coupe, this coming winter is going to be my first in this car. I have been looking for some winter tires, and i ended up getting a set of 18" 350z wheels for really cheap and also 2 brand new bridgestone blizzak LM-25s in 225/45R18.

I am looking to buy 2 more tires, but my question is this:

can i put 225/45R18 tires in the front and rear of my g35 coupe? I know on tirerack it says 225 front and 245 rear... but to me skinnier tires for the winter is better.

Also, if I can't find the LM-25s that I want, is it ok to run a different winter tire in the rear like the Michelin X-Ice tires...

I think the 350z wheels that i got are all the same width too.

225/50/18 would be a better size so it matches the OEM diameter. This will keep VDC and your odometer working optimally
