Tire opinions

Need somefeed back Its for my sedan ...looking to buy either Sumitono HTRZ III, General Exclaim UHP or Kumho SPT in size 225/45/18, was leaning towards General as it comes highly rated on tirerack.

Thanks

Spoke via phone/pm but I'll post so others can see as well. Believe you said via pm priorities were 1)handling (dry) 2)noise 3)wear.

Of the three I'd do the Sumitomo, Kumho, General in that order. The Sumi is giving a lot of the big dogs a real run for the money. Kumho/General would be a dry step down compared to the Sumi as well.

I know we talked about the ratings online already but don't forget you cannot compare the #'s cross classes. All testing and surveys are relative to tires within their own class.

Thanks Neal, if I put comfort first, would the order change, I'm really getting
tired of the noisy 452 Falken's..

In that case the General would offer best ride.
