Questions about wheels and Offsets for Sedan

next spring my car is going to get some new shoes but I figured I would start my search now so then when the car comes back out for spring it already has wheels.

I want to go 19" and pretty wide in the back. I'm thinking 9" or 10"

What kind of offsets will I need with those sizes? Not sure how wide to go in the front. Is 1.5" less than the rear a good way to go?

Any suggestion to size/offset that is somewhat flush but not sticking out my fender would be greatly appreciated. I know there is a lot of guys on here running setups I like!

Thanks. Pictures are cool too

do you want to stretch tires or not that is the first question.

Not a huge fan of the stretched look. But whatever works.

Whats the real difference?

The common way to go is rear width is front plut .5 or 1.0 inch. Most run like 19x9 and 19x10 but more common are like 19x9 and 19x 9.5 or 19x8.5 and 19x9.5.

There is flush ( 8.5 width on +30 around there) and i guess the new word "hella flush" which requires camber in the rears to be dialed in and running skinny tires and stuff. Hella flush is mainly looks over performance. I love the look as well but i just cant see myself doing it due to i dont see too much function, plus your rim is exposed to the curb so you MUST learn to park far from curbs.

Here are my specs, I am running a 19x9 +32 with a 15mm spacer so +17 with a 225/40 (not skinny tires) in the front. In the rear I am running 19x10 +32 with a 255/35. I did have to roll my fenders and its a mild stretch. Performance non lost. Flush alittle. Hella flush still got a ways. btw I am running the stock camber arms. Not sure what my camber is at.

i had 20x8.5 front w/ 38mm offset and 20x10 rears w/ 42mm offset rears and no rubbing. I did have to roll my rear fenders and with 5 passengers it didn't rub after it was rolled.

when I had the G37 19"s on I didn't have any issues but those were only 9" rears on a 43mm offset

Both look good.

I don't think I want the "hella flush look" I'd like to keep as much performance as possible. So a bit of meat is what I am looking for.

Lumpia, did you roll your fenders front and rear? I think I am going to go with something similar to your setup.

Da mayors setup is pretty intriguing as well. If I ran 8.5(38mm) and 9.5 what offset would I need in the rear?

42-44mm offset would work

you can get away from a 19x9+20 with a 235/35 19x10+25 with a 255/35 and still have it flush with rolled fenders.

I have my rears rolled, and they are not flat. If you do the option above, make sure they are rolled flat, because when I put the 10mm I rubbed like a ****. So that was a +22

remember it will also be depending on what type of drop and camber you will have

How much additional camber will that take? That setup is almost an inch further out than my setup and I can still rub on off camber driveways.

What size spacers would work for 19" coupe rays?
