Should I get staggered rims?
hell no 2k is NOT cheap to me either, all the wheels I've bought have been used. I'm just letting you know when compared to other wheels out there the Ruff wheels are more generic/cheap.
You should look in the for sale section I'm sure you'll find a decent set for a good deal, check on MY350z.com also. I picked up my set of Volks originally with tires shipped for $2200 used but still in very good shape about 8/10 condition. I now have a set of Advan Racing wheels that normally cost $2200 for just the RIMS, I picked up a set with tires shipped to my door for $1600.... see the trend here? Shop around bro.

there are people that are lucky enough to pick up some t1s for less then 2K... it doesn't mean that those are cheap rims.. that person just got a good deal...
and personally, for even 2K, you can get MUCH BETTER LOOKING RIMS then those.. those Ruffs are UUUUGGGGGLY!! Sorry
Ricey!

The only time I can think you might not want staggered wheels are if you've got AWD and need to keep the exact same rolling speeds front to rear, or you're doing autocross and need as much tire up front as possible for those chicago boxes.

I have 20's, and I have no complaints about ride quality. Sure, you feel the bumps a lil more and the larger diameter wheel will cause a slight decrease in power, but boy, do those 20's sure fill up the wheel wells nicely.
I have 20's as well (245/30 F & 275/30 R) and the ride is a bit more noisy compared to stock 18's on 45 sidewall height but if you are in a 40, 35, or 30 sidewall it makes no difference as you will feel everything on the road. Ride is great and as far as looks - nothing is better. The factory 19's are overrated for looks.....go with aftermarket 20's as long as they are anything but chrome. 100% chrome is rice.
You won't really see staggered rims on SUV's too much because most of them are AWD or have 4WD... in which case you'd want to have the same sized tires and rims in the front and back..... particularly the 4WD ones.
