Ordering Tires in the Morning

Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110's
or
Kumho Ecsta SPT's

245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 Rear
or
245/35/19 front and 265/35/19 Rear
or
245/35/19 front and 255/40/19 Rear
or
225/40/19 front and 245/40-19 Rear

Using 19' Ray wheels.

Where should I buy them? It seems a lot of places charge quite a bit to install tires if you didn't buy from them, there's a discount tire and les schwab in my area.

Do I want any spacers or anything like that? Currently stock ride height.

I would get the Hankooks if you want a more performance oriented tire. The Kumho is more of a higher mileage use tire in my opinion. Not to mention it is becoming a little long in the tooth where as the Hankook is much newer and benefits from newer more advanced tire compounds. Otherwise, they're tread pattern save for the corner blocks is about the same.

I have the Ventus V12 and I love them, they do very well in the wet and the dry. They even have tread indicators on the corner tread blocks to let you know if you are having uneven tire wear (aside from the obvious signs).

For stock wheels, I'd go with the 225/40/19 and the 245/40/19, they run wider than OEM Bridgestone. My sizes are 255/35 and 295/30 on wider wheels.
