Pinstripe on Flat Black Wheels?

The factory finish was really getting bad on my stock 17's.
So as a temp fix until I can get the wheels I really want, I painted mine flat black. The thing is, they kinda blend into the tire a little to much. So today I experimented with a pinstripe. IDK, if I want to keep it white, go with red or what.
Here's couple of pix of them white, and a photochop of red.

------- edit:

Here's a picture of no sripe:

also, here's a non-HDR cameraphone shot ( White matches better that what it looks like above^ )

white. typically I don't like black wheels because they muddy up and blend with tires... but the thin stripe actually separates enough to make it look somewhat okay (much better then no stripe).

White, but only if the rims were bigger. Do you really want the diameter of your rims to stick out that much??

Just a temp fix till I get my 19's (I'm ordering them tonight, I just have to wait until I can buy tires to put them on.)

Maybe its just the photos but the stripes look to white compared to your car.

I vote no stripe...

That's exactly what I was thinking too, about the size of the wheel

The nice thing about doing the 17s in black is that they blend in with the tire making them look bigger than they actually are. I say lose the stripe all together

I voted white...but to be honest i'm not a fan of the painted OEM wheels.

If anything, i think their original finishes look the best. Nothing hurts me more to see a sexy set of OEM 19's painted black.

I think you should just keep it black, it would look nicer if it wasnt stock rims.
