Need pic of chrome OEM 19s

Yes, I did a search, but the results are mostly old posts with dead links. Just bought an 05 coupe and I'm having the Rays' curb rash repaired, thinking of chroming them. Any pics out there?

It looks very stupid IMO. Just use the same stock hyper silver color or gunmetal. Gunmetal is so sexy.

+ 1,000,000 on that. Chrome looks bling-bling on iur cars. What about powdercoating gloss black? I think it would look great?

This is random, but how much is it costing you to have the curb rash repaired on all 4? thanks

I just ran into the garage and took a quick pic. Took it on my phone camera so no flash, sorry. I get a lot of compliments from G owners. I don't care what you guys say. I think my rims are

Thanx for the replies so far. My car is DG, and I've seen some in person with chrome that I really liked. My wheels' finish currently doesn't even match with each other (1 of them is a lighter grey then the others) so I have to do something with them.

I disagree with coating them black or gunmetal, especially with a DG car, it makes the car look too bland, almost dirty, like cloudy weather all the time. I'm also probably a little older than the average on here and come from a muscle car back round where all of our wheels were polished aluminum. I think the chrome looks classy on the OEMs (but not on some heavy looking aftermarket bling junk).

The cost for the repair and chrome is kinda pricey (175 per), and you could find some (cast/heavy) aftermarket rims for that price, but the OEMs already being Rays, they are great rims too.

I love them. Only downside is that they are a pain to clean and you'll need to clean them about every other day since they are brake dust magnets.

Have you considered having them polished? Not quite chrome, but still look great IMHO!
