Which silver is more reflective (shiny) chrome silver or mercury silver? Im trying to decide which finish to get my GT-7's in but I cant tell the difference from any of the pictures that I have seen online.

Chrome silver will definitely be more shiny/reflective. Mercury silver is silver paint finish that is applied onto the spokes.
