New to adding shoes a few Questions

I have a 2006 G35 with the OEM 19in. I need new tires and thinking of just getting a rim and tire package and going to a 20 in maybe a wider tire. Maybe 20x10 or so.

I do not want to make any alterations such as spacers or camber kits etc. Should I have any concerns is this an easy process? I was thinking just bolting on some new rims and tires is it that easy?

I have been looking at the axis elite.

Can't speak for brands I don't carry, but we have up to 20x10.5" wheel for the car that do not require any fender lip or suspension modifications.
