questions on a winter set wheels/tires

I am looking for a winter set for my AT G35 Coupe. My car doesn't have Brembo brake and currently running on stock 18" wheels. I found a set 16" Blizzak 205/20/16 on steel wheels which came off a G35. Will this setup works for my car? Thanks in advance for any inputs.

uh... something wrong there. The tire size you listed is a spare tire or something. That's way off. If you ran all 4 at that size, you'd have other issues than just the snow to worry about

Use this:
http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp

Plug in your stock tires size on top and the proposed tire size(s) at the bottom. Anything greater than 3% is no good.

Good luck.

You can't fit 16s. Anything 17s and up will work. Just get some decent 17s with dedicated winter tires and you should be good.

Well i have a set of Toyo Garits Kx on mine,

Got 225/50/17 and 235/50/17 in the back

overall they are really good, altaugh a lil on the pricey side, but less expensive then sliding all over the place :P

I accept with information: The tire size you listed is a spare tire or something. That's way off. If you ran all 4 at that size, you'd have other issues than just the snow to worry about.

I found another set which come off of a G35 sedan. The tire size is 215/55/17. Will these tires fit my car (G35 coupe, currently on 18" staggered, no brembo brake)? These were used for two winter. What do you think would be the reasonable offer for this set? Thanks,

The sedan's offset is not right for the coupe. Also, "two winters" doesn't help much. You should get the exact or close to the exact mileage. After a certian mileage, winter tires significatly lose they effectiveness.

If you want to expand your search, the wheel off the 350Z match up with the G35 coupe perfectly.
