second day after i picked up my car, my tire air valve caps were stolen from my vehicle. this morning i went in for my first oil change and got all four of my tires covered with caps for the air valve. i dropped off my car at my sister's place in palisades park, nj and took her accord to work in long island. i come back from LI and before i get in my car, i look at my tires on the driver's side. BOTH WERE GONE! i look on the passenger side and both are still there. friggin kids! i haven't had my tire valves covered for more than three days since i picked up my baby. i need to buy a whole bag and just keep putting them on.
i'd get the locking ones, but they're fug IMO. =\

hehehe... that sux, hey man where do you live in palisades park? i used to live in 5th street for a while. yep there are lotsa knuckleheads in pal park.... i used to be one of them but you shouldn't be to angry, getting valve caps stolen isn't much of a problem although its annoying... i got rear ended three days after i picked up my car =(.....

 

hehe ya at my office complex the kids would steel my metal SSR Valve Caps all the time. Unfornantly my office had a bunch of low income houses behind it. All these little punk kids on bikes were always hanging around the parking lot. Got so bad I would take the caps off before I went into the office then put them back on when I left. hehe

Bad thing is you can't do anything even if you caught one of the little punks stealing them. If you touch them there parents will sue you. And you'll probably get throw in jail. Police wont do anything to them either... Best thing to do is pay one of the other kids to beat the crap out of him lol
