G37 wheels, yay or nay?

Found a good deal.. $500 for brand new G37 19s with no tires.. Been looking at pics and I've got mixed feelings.. Should I shell out the $500 plus tire money on these or go with body kits?

I'm currently running stock 18's with 25 mm spacers in the back and lowered about 3 inches on coilovers.. Looks pretty good for stock wheels IMO..

So whats the word? yay or nay? I know they have some pretty weak offsets but I love the look on these on stock G37's

Nay, I think the G35 Rays 19's look better than those.

Right on.. Thanks for the input.. Anyone got pics of these being lowered AND flush? That might be the only thing that will sell me on these.

If not, I'll probably spend the money on completing my custom exhaust or a nismo front..

Yea they look good on sedans. I would save up and get some aftermarket ones like volks or works.

yea IIRC they sell for more than g35 19" rays (usually go for 600-1200 depending on condition and tires) so these are a good deal. I'd pick them up, put tires on em and see how you like them, and sell them if you don't. You'll probably not lose any money on tires since you're getting the wheels pretty cheap

Nay, nothing really exciting about them. If your budget is tight (that is a great price)guess they work, but I'd rather save for some aftermarket wheels.

I'd get them. I have some on my 05 coupe and love them (use to have the oem 19's). I'm running 25mm spacers in the back and 20mm in the front and I'm dropped on s-techs. Haven't had time to take pictures but there's a thread floating around here somewhere that has pics in it. Only thing I'd change different is the tire size (I have stock size tires on right now).

Buy 'em ! (they'll make your car look shorter though) That's a good price and you can always sell them for that or more later.
