My DPE wheels arrived!! (pics)

So, I am sitting here all sad, because I just sold my 1998 TT BPU Supra White/Black 6spd with 29K miles on it. The transport is on it's way to my house to pick her up. Bittersweet really, I just never drove her and I didn't want to mod too much because of the low miles..

I hear the sound of a truck, sadly I move slowly toward the front door. I'm not really sure I want to say goodbye now that it is time. I open the door and find the FEDEX delivery guy lowering my new wheels! That just put a smile on my face. There couldn't be a better day than to be dropping these babies off! I pick up my 06 Lakeshore G35 next weekend, the wheels beat her here! LOL

Here we go! Thanks to AccordFreak! I bought these from him. I cannot believe the condition of the wheels. They are like new! I am so lucky to have jumped on this deal. I absolutely do not regret this, best purchase EVER!

There is nothing better than undressing these beauties... all exposed!

20" DPE LS5 Brushed Aluminum
20 x 8.5 +23
20 x 10 +16

I love the brushed look of those wheels. Post some more pics when your G arrives.

Nice wheels, DPEs are a great start! Now order coils lol

Saying goodbye to a car is always hard, you get very attached to them.

offsets are
20 x 8.5 +23
20 x 10 +16

I will be rolling my fenders as well. I am about to purchase some BC Coilovers. I won't be doing any track time. Good coilover for a great price. I will also be looking into BBK and I am leaning toward the Alliance BBK front and rear in red.

I waste no time my friends! I have built 2 350z a few years back. along with several other cars. I am a car/mod-aholic..

Yeah, when I decided I was going with a G35, I had to immediately get some wheels. I saw his post and literally had payment to him within 1HR of our first communication. I really lucked out, I couldn't ask for a better set of used wheels. I'm surprised they were for sale for so long even if it is winter time. I was going DPE anyways with that exact set up he had, so it was destiny!! This is my first set of used wheels and I have bought ALOT, I couldn't be more pleased...

Thanks to David for the perfect offsets! He originally ordered them. I am just getting to benefit from his taste. :0)

I think the brushed aluminum is just going to look absolutely sick on the Lakeshore Slate Metallic. The brushed aluminum will really play in nicely with the silver metallic in the lakeshore color. Nice compliment, IMO.
