Can i put 245/45/18 on stock 18's all around

I'm on 245/45s all the way around on my stock 18s and it drives better and has no VDC/speedometer issues...on my 2nd set of them like that....I wouldn't have it any other way on stock wheels. Don't have a recent picture but I definitely just got done rotating my tires front to back FTW
