Aftermarket Rims and Tires

I have a 2003 G35 coupe 6mt, I wanted to put 19 inch rims with 245/35/19 F and 285/30/19 R am I going to have any clearance issues at all with the car at the stock ride height? As well does the cars drivability change having the wider larger wheel in the front? I was thinking of going with toyo proxes T1R's anyone know of a better tire? I'm looking for good performance but more importantly good ride quality and noise.

The front size looks fine, but I would run a 285/35-19 in the rear to keep diameters correct. Shouldn't have any problems with fitment/clearance.
