Tire size/fitment question
Road noise wise should be alrite. Rubbing is not even n option on that.
Id personally prefer 245/35 on 8 inch rim...
Only time you shouldnt run 225/40/19 on 8 inch rim,,, with 245/40/19 on 8.5 inch rim is. When you have an X (AWD)
225 on 8 inch stretches a bit too much compared to 245/ on 8.5... So after a short HWY drive above 30-40mph without stopping. The AWD turns itself off cause the sidewall dimensions are not in .3 of the radius.
Options would be 245/40/19 on 8 inch and 8.5 rear Non staggered tire set up on staggered rims. Dimensions stay close enough to not trigger the awd off.
OR 225/40 on 8 and 245/35 on 8.5 staggered set up...
enjoy fellas

Going with hankook ven. v12--great reviews, price, tread pattern etc. Trying to keep price reasonable since I will need tires for the Z later this year too.
sorry for thread jack.
I'm going to purchase those tires also.
