Wheel spacer center bore question...

Ok so it looks like the center bore for wheel spacers for the G35 is 66.2 Would a center bore of 70.5 be ok to use? Reason why im asking is i found a 35mm spacer for a ford ranger, yea its a fatty and has the same bolt pattern, but it has a 70.5mm bore. Anyone know if that wil be ok to use?
