Buying new wheels, have some questions

I've searched a lot and I still have specific questions, hoping someone can help.

First off, I have a 2006 Coupe, and I'm going to buy 18" Volk GTS'. I was going to get 19"s but with the 18's I can have an 18x11 in the rear. My goal is to have as wide of tires as possible in the rear.

1:As far as the offsets go I am still unsure as what would work/look best. On the Rays site what they have available is 15/25/38. For the 19's I was going to go with 18mm offsets in the rear, so 15mm seems most logical at this point.

2:I've spoken with a few dealers and I'm looking at 305/30's in the rear. Would fender rolling be a necessity at this point?

3:I'm also installing Tein S springs and an Eibach front/rear camber toe kit and probably motordyne front/rear sway bars. Given everything is properly setup how much more tire wear could I experience, and will ride comfort be drastically reduced? (Not that it is a deciding factor, just something I want to be aware of)

Thanks in advance.

Scratch the 18's. I put the numbers into the 1010.com calculator and every tire size does not agree (over 3%).

I'm going to stay with the 19's since I know what offsets to use anyway.

Onto the next question. How big of rubber can I get on there without the TPMS going ballistic? I want 295's, but not if I can't get away with it.
