Loose wheel question.

This problem just started this past week after changing my rear springs out. A little background.
05 sedan, new rims and tires (month ago) and running ZG set-up. I had Z springs all around until this past week when I changed the rears out for G coupe springs. I had no problems until after changing the rear Z's for the G's.
I noticed a rubbing/grinding sound when braking at low speed. The sound is relative to speed (like a rock stuck in the tires, as speed increases the sound increases in repetition). Upon investigation, the caliper is tight, rotor isnt warped and the suspension is tight. The only thing that I can find is that the wheel moves on the hub. With the car parked and parking break on, I can rock the wheel forward (making a clicking sound as the rim hits the studs) and back. it's only on the one wheel and the lugs are torqued plenty (more than enough after finding this problem).. What are the odds of all the studs stretching enough to allow the wheel to rotate on the hub? Any sugestions or recomendations? BTW the wheel only rotates forwards/backwards and not in/out..

Thanks.

Are you sure the wheel is moving on the hub? If they lugs are tight, then it might be the entire hub assembly (and likewise the wheel) moving. Check that everything is tight like the spring bucket, toe bolt, camber arm, etc.

The hub isnt moving when the wheel rotates. I am going to go pull it apart in a few to see if I can see anything out of the norm with the wheel off. Thanks for the sugestions..

Got it figured out. The hub ring was on backwards and not allowing the wheel to snug up against the hub completely.
